District Elder Titus B. Stewart, Senior Pastor of the Greater Emmanuel Family Worship Center, is God’s gift to this generation. He is an unusually anointed young man and has given new life to countless. However, one does not reach the top of the mountain so quickly as he has without preparation. Elder Stewart has exemplified preparation and excellence in every facet of his life. He has prepared himself for this journey spiritually, emotionally and educationally.
Elder Stewart is a native Houstonian. Having began his work for the Kingdom at an early age under the leadership of his father, the late Suffragan Bishop Clarence Stewart, Jr. and mother Evangelist Carrie Stewart, Elder Stewart served as the Assistant Pastor and Minister of Music of the Greater Emmanuel Family Worship Center (formally the Greater Emmanuel Apostolic Church).
In the 1998 he received his ordination as Elder and in the fall of 2000, Elder Stewart was installed as pastor of the Greater Emmanuel Family Worship Center. In the year of 2001, Pastor Stewart was elevated to District Elder. He served as the Texas State Pentecostal Young People’s Union Vice-President (1995-1998), as the TSPYPU President (1998-2004) and served on the board of the Texas State Council as Treasurer (2004-2007). In June of 2007, Pastor Stewart was elected to the office of Chairman, serving the Texas State Council of the P.A.W. Inc.
He is married to the beautiful, creative and anointed Lady Tammy Stewart of Longview, Texas. He is a devoted husband and, loving and dedicated father to their son Trenton.
Needless to say, he is God’s anointed! When questioned as to what is his greatest pleasure in life, his response would be “preaching the unadulterated gospel, and seeing men, women, boys and girls turning their lives over to the Lord Jesus Christ!â€
