Jim Jeffries & The Wretched Souls

About Me

DECEMBER 2008 - 3 NEW SONGS ON "KILLING TIME PAGE" SEE MY TOP 8, CHEERS, JIM........... Jim Jeffries includes all his many influences to create a new concept in music, a melting pot of all that is dark and rootsy.. The Wretched Souls has brought together many exciting and renowned musicians following an expansion of The Dark Angels whilst Smutty was busy in LA,, and has recorded a series of songs that explore elements of English, Irish, European and American traditional music from all its wonderful sources; the music handed down by father to son, grandmother to granddaughter, and then to 78 rpm records.. The Wretched Souls take it further into the 21st century, picking up the post rock n roll and folk revival sounds that were developed throughout the decades that followed the zenith of Sun Records.... The album "Life's Rich Tapestry" will be released soon.
