Pretentious; overblown.Recherche are a new band from the middle of the UK (Litchfield/Burton) and this is some blah blah blah about us.We like making music. Sometimes we make dirty dirty distorted music that your mum wouldn’t approve of, and sometimes we make funk. Sometimes we make upbeat pop songs, and sometimes we like making chords jar together. Occasionally we like jazzing out a bit with rhythmic basslines and abstract solos, and occasionally we’ll do reggae cover version of 90’s grunge songs, just for laughs.And if you like a wide spectrum of music, or any of the above sounds appealing to you, you should probably come and check out one of our upcoming shows.News - Just a quick note to say we’ve just spent best part of 3 days in the Bombshelter Studio in Birmingham and have recorded our first EP, Dali’s Moustache.
