With his roots in Northern soul, sixties rhythm & blues and Ska and a firm beliver in using only using 7inch vinyl for his sets the Vinyl Warrior aka DJ Gav Home is bucking the modern trend of DJs using laptops and Ipods to ply there trade. The Vinyl Warrior has been creating a buzz on the underground london club scene since he first picked up a pair of headphones. still at the Tender age of 23 his record collection reflects a deep understanding of the rare soul scene and transcends his years. Having played at the Garage in Highbury(r.i.p) The Barfly and Proud in Camden and 333, Vibe Bar and strongrooms in Shoreditch The Vinyl Warrior as some big notches on his record Box to date already.
