Once upon a time, there were these two guys named Walrus and Dollface.
They enjoyed each other’s company and were both talented musicians. One day, they decided to embark on an auditory adventure, starting an acoustic side-project which they affectionately called Toast.
Shortly after this, their mutual friend Poptart (aka. Eggplant) came up to them and said, "Hey, you guys are kind of awesome. By the way, I can sing." So, they played a song and the two agreed. Thus, Toast gained their third member.
Then, we discovered The Dude. He was pretty awesome, and could basically do anything, so we invited him to join.
We were all one happy family until one day, in the winter of 2006, Dollface was all like, "So, basically, I’m going to be gone for what will seem like forever, but it’s really just two years..."
We all cried tears of sadness...
Now, we are all just counting down the days until Dollface comes back. In the meantime, Poptart and Walrus are "band-sitting" Toast, keeping it alive while the other parent is gone.
