About Me

New: A demo-version of a new song is available for listening while waiting for the album release. It's called Sinners and is an ukulele-based song with distorted cello. Hope you like!
September 2008 The songs here are demo versions of what's to come. But the mixing of the album is going great and I can't wait to share it with you. Don't give up on me.. It's finished really soon now.
August 2008 Yepp, a new song is up for listening. On this tune you can hear me play a distorted acoustic contrabass and beat box.. Well, maybe it's not traditional beat boxing...
May 2008 I recently teamed up with a new found friend after asking him to sing on one of my new songs. The result is fantastic, so stay tuned...
April 2008 Apart and The Conflict - Two new songs from 2008 which will be included on my upcoming album.
About
To understand is my biggest drive and curse. It gives me energy and meaning but its' harsh reality also brings forth the misanthrope and cynic in me. But what is living without contrasts?
Knowledge gives you the choice to stay or leave. To change or let it be. To accept or oppose. But truth will always be subjective to me, based on the fact that none of us have the same background. We all make our own truths whether we're honest to ourselves or not. The key is to be able to read all the different truths around you. To understand the different perspectives of you and others and why they look the way they do.
Some background
A few years ago I started my own record label -Revolving Records- (with alot of help from Bad Taste Records of course!) to have as much control over my music as possible and also to learn more about the business. I started out releasing my debute EP "Morning Thoughts" in Scandinavia in 2002. It went really well and also lead to supporting Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin) during his visit to Stockholm.
I decided this was the way to go and built up new energy from all the positive response, but before releasing my debute fullength album "Open Doors" in Scandinavia (and Greece and with private import to Japan, no clue how that happened!) in 2003, I released the stoner rock band Kama Sutra and their debute EP "Moonbound" (They recently changed band name to Omar ).
So, after playing together with Robert Plant & The Strange Sensations, Trailer Bride, Last Days of April, Logh, Mattias Alkberg, Mattias Hellberg, EP's Trailor Park, Elin Sigvardsson and Syracus among others, I feel it's time for my third release. I'm recording it as we speak and until it's ready, listen to three demo versions of songs which will be part of my upcoming album. I also write music for motion picture. Just contact me for samples.

Watch "Hit Music - Rythm of the Revolutionary" (original title: "Hitmusik - Att Sätta Rytm Till Revolt") made by the Swedish film makers RÅFILM by clicking on one of the links above.
"Starting in the footsteps of Red Beans (Röda Bönor), the filmmaking collective RåFILM delivers a history through music beyond the pop star frenzy and naked skin. Hit Music is a story about music's power to change things, a film stating that there's more to the music scene than X-factor; that you can retain control of your creative achievements and succeed! Appearing in the film are Le Tigre, Linton Kwesi Johnson, Chicks on Speed, Laleh, Christine Owman and Svenska Akademien."
Also check out the documentarys extra material for some of my tips on how to record at home and how to spread your music. The movie has gotten great response and receltly won an honorary price at the Tempo Documentary Film Festival in Stockholm.
Thanks for stopping by and feel free to tell your friends about my music!
