Don't be fooled! Newcomers Duke & Duke have been creating music
for years as individuals. Now Colin Snape (AKA Scrambler) and Mark
Baumann (Markojux) have joined forces to form Duke and Duke.
Colin's been writing, producing and performing original electronic
music for years as Scrambler, and in collaborations to numerous to list
here. He's also maintained a healthy pro career as pianist/keys player
along with remixing, producing, programming and ghost writing for big
name commercial acts.
Mark has been spent the better part of a decade building a reputation
as a force within the Australian underground dance scene as Producer,
Co-Label Owner of Pinksilver Muisc, DJ and VJ.
As Markojux he's had releases on various labels in addition to
other collaborative works.
As Duke & Duke this pair produce a sound that ranges from spacious,
warm and jazzy to the tight, edgy, techie minimal.
