Rashad came all the way up to Boston to kidnap James so that they could start a band and call it Me Monster to make fun of what a huge ego he has. Fred showed up on our doorstep one day offering pot, falafel sandwiches and, as if that weren't enough, his considerable drumming talents, and the rest is history.
