If someone cares enough to talk about you behind your back, when they could be leading their life, then you know you are somebody. Sometimes it's hard to see your "true colors" until you're pushed to your limit. I think a lot of people hide so that they can blend in with everyone else, or perhaps hide the person they really are? Too much of our life is dictated by our peers and community; it really makes you wonder how much free will you have over your life and actions? Learning to be happy is a process; and part of that process is having appropriate expectations. Respectively, I've come to an understanding that "friends" are nothing more than an illusion you create upon an image - [people come with expiration dates].
