God, Beer Me Strength.

About Me

I like to laugh. I feel more comfortable in an airport or a city full of people that I didn't know than in a room of people I know who don't know the real me. This layout was handmade with love by the folks at My space or yours? Go get one!

My Interests

*Lists**CALIFORNIA**finding reasons to be happy**clean ears**travel**getting lost**my family**friends**quips & puns**cheesy tee shirts**margaritas**flip flops**overalls**confusing people**Starbucks*

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet a real life astronaut.**** CORRECTION! I HAVE met a real life astronaut.WOWZAS!**** I'd like to meet someone who's had multiple babies, like quintuplets. I'd love to meet Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and offer to swing with them and ask them about their views on world politics afterwards, maybe even make some margaritas and go for a swim. I would love to meet Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert and work for them. I love what they do. I wanna meet someone who will help me fix things.. my car, a house, the world.

Music:

I love anything that has a good beat or amazing lyrics. I like songs that make people cringe with embarassment because deep down they love it. Anything that makes me bob my head or start dry humping people or inanimate objects.

Movies:

- Zoolander - Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind - My Best Friend's Wedding - Grandma's Boy - Dazed and Confused - Garden State - Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle - Eurotrip - Saved! - Moulin Rouge! - Wet Hot American Summer - The Wedding Singer

Television:

I don't watch too much television but... - SCRUBS (it's my passion) - The Daily Show w/ Jon Stewart - The Colbert Report (It's French, bitch!) - The Office - Arrested Development - Freaks and Geeks - Top Chef (or any cooking show for that matter) - Any countdown.(they are like crack.. not that I've ever had crack but if I did, it would probably give me the same highs that countdown shows give me)

Books:

The Tao of Inner Peace. All of the Harry Potter Series. Tuesdaes with Morrie. Sound and the Fury. 100 Years of Solitude.

Heroes:

Grandma Ellen. She loved unconditionally and in a way that never changed. She had the ability to make you feel at home with a smile and she made everyone feel as if they were the only other people in the world when they sat at her kitchen table. I hope that one day I can learn to love, unselfishly the way that she did.I also really respect Jason the bridge walker, the one who walks around Gulf Breeze and Pensacola, carrying flowers, delivering them to strangers, always smiling. I had the chance to talk to him the other day and he told me he liked to do what he does because it makes other people happy. I respect him for abandoning the norm and just living his life in what he feels is the right way. More power to him.

...and exhale.

I drive over a three mile bridge when I want to go into the city. Mostly to go to UWF to handle LSAT matters or to go to the gym to fight gravity and bad genes. Although the sight of  the ca...

Just a Thought.

So I had this wonderful idea that if and when I pass on I want everyone who knows me to wear either Pink or Green to my funeral. Some people will forget or some will refuse and wear black and that is ...

My Scatterbrained Soliloquy.

My biggest fear isn't losing myself. It's finding myself and realizing that I don't like who I've become. For a while I felt as if I had let myself go. Physically, mentally, every aspect of myself. It...

Word Vomit

So here's my thing.. In a drunken stupor I have realized that I come across a lot better via email/computer/letter than I ever will through talking. I think that it's because when I type, my fingers h...
