Reading, wedding planning, playing with my puppies, movies, want to be good at photography and want to be able to sing but I just can't. I also would like to be a writer... the first few lines are awesome... then I suck!
I'd like to meet:
I'd like to meet people from history who have changed my future with the hard work they did on behalf of all people. I'd like to meet people who have really struggled, not like the silly things I find myself worrying about now.
I'd also like to meet some not so profound people... I'm not so deep that I can't be shallow.
Music:
I know nothing about music but what sounds good. If it sounds good...I like it. I like Amy Grant, The Wreckers, The Dixie Chicks, Nickel Creek, Keith Urban and there was once a great song written by a good friend of mine about life in a trailer... that was a hit if I ever heard one! Better than all of that is the great Kenny Rogers. There is something about that man that turns me to jelly!! I love him... I am a little freaked out, however, about the recent plastic surgery. He was sexy with the bags under his eyes.
Movies:
Good Will Hunting, The Big Chill, Raising Helen, Hitch, Love Jones, Love and Basketball, RENT, Fever Pitch, When a Man Loves a Woman. I am loving any kind of documentary lately.
Television:
Anything reality. Show me how your life is more screwed up than mine and I am in!!!
I also love ER, Windfall, Friends. This season I am making a commitment to try some new television and move away from the reality stuff. Don't get me wrong, there will still be some reality in my life... I just gotta mix it up!
Books:
Anything by Nicholas Sparks, Tuesdays with Morrie, Night. I have a tendency to just pick up what looks good and hope the cover and the book match!
Heroes:
My grandmother was my hero. She was an amazing woman. I also admire men and women who work hard to change the world and wish I could work that hard!
