I'm a person who enjoys simple things, and I try to find happiness in everything in my-day-to-day. I mean, I have little insecurities just like every other woman on this planet, but I have an amazing, wonderful, supportive man who helps me through everything. He's my world, he's my everything, and I can't imagine my life without him. He's wonderful, and I am so blessed to have him in my life.
Other than that, see below; it's really the best way to explain myself.
I ♥: JON! Life. Living every day to its fullest. Laughing. Smiling. Toys in cereal boxes. Toys in Happy Meals. My family. My friends. My insatiable character. Love. Trying new things. Meeting new people. Grocery shopping. Ironing. Mopping. Playing sports - specifically soccer and wrapping tube sword fights (I win all the time, yes I do). Watching baseball live. Watching basketball live. All day dates. The art museum. Liberation theology. Smiling. Holding hands. Being a silly girl sometimes. Random emails. Having something accomplished. Sunshine. Eskimo kisses (REAL Eskimo kisses). Sunshine. Days where the temperature is not 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
I DON'T LIKE: Shallow people. Feeling left out. Feeling forced into something. Close-mindedness. Accusatory statements. The feeling of aluminum foil in my mouth. Exclusivistic religion. Dish washing. People who forget that they made plans with you. Letting my guard down. Boys who want only what they can't have. Moving. People who just won't let the past go. Being frustrated. Pain.
I WISH: That people would gain compassion. For tolerance. For acceptance. To be happy. Children could go to school unafraid. Art was required in all elementary, middle school, and high school curriculums. More people would take philosophy. Video games would let me win once and awhile. For a love unlike any other . For someone to fall in love with me everyday . To fall in love with the same man everyday . That I could heal friends' pains. That everyone could find happiness. Racism was a thing of the past. That children didn't carry guns. That I could win the darn Powerball. That I could find childhood friends. That I understood myself better.

My Interests

Too many to list. I like everything, try most things once, and find that I fear snakes more than anything else. I'm not interested in snakes, fake people, angry people, or people who refuse to acknowledge the value in other people, even and especially when those people are different.

I like politics, though. And education.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet people who are open religiously, specifically Muslims, Jewish individuals, open-minded Christians. I'd like to meet people who do not value the dollar over fellow humans. I'd like to meet people who would add to my understanding of life, not complicate it.In Sunglasses!!!

I like everything from classical to country, to rap to rock. It just depends on my mood.

But right now, my favorites are Regina Spektor, Imogen Heap, PussyCatDolls, Sarah Evans, and Josh Turner.
