Add to My Profile | More VideosThe Flowcamp was created on 2003 in Alamo, TX as a freestyle crew. Dropping several mixtapes just to make a name for themselves. They used other peoples’ beats & would flow to them either by writing something or just off the head aka ‘freestyling’. In 2005 Jose Cobos C.E.O. of the Flowcamp turned it into an Independent record label, in which only the serious artists remained and brought in Djay to make the group stronger with his grinding skills. The Flowcamp consists of C.O.B.Y., Yung T, Djay, & Ro aka Plexx. From there the rest is history. They released “Them Valley Boyz†in 2005 which has moved close to 6,000 units & also gave the Camp their second alias “Them Valley Boyzâ€. In 2006 the drapped n dripped edition mixtape was released along with the “Kingz of da RGV†mixtape chopped & bolted by DJ Skrubastian, which have both made a lot of noise. The Flowcamp continues to expand & put da ‘V’ on da map by promoting & doing shows all over the south including cities such as San Antonio, Houston, Laredo, Corpus Christi, and Del Rio. You can pick up their merchandise in all those cities at their local record stores. The Flowcamp has also opened for major acts such as Fat Joe, Swishahouse, Trae, Chamillionaire, Lil Flip, Lil Scrappy & the list goes on. In 2007 all the hard work the Camp has put in will show when they realease the highly anticipated album “The Valley Streetzâ€, which features Juan Gotti, 3rd Degree, Quota Key & production from top notch producers Dolla Bill, Smoke Beatz, Mark Keyz, Lil Swang, & many more. Their main goal is to build a music empire & put the Valley on the map in a positive way. Let the world know there is talent down here that needs to be heard.
