This made me flippin cry laughing!!! ROTF!
Anything thought provoking! As many folks that I've crossed paths with know...I love the enviroment/wilderness! Eventually I'll get back into moutain biking, one day I'll hike the P.C.T., someday I'll chase a tornado, one day I'll get into snowboarding, hopefully I'll buy a kayak, and sometime in the near future I'll invest in yet another guitar and eventually play it on every continent (with the exception of Antartica...I already live in Buffalo...Shhhhhhit)! Oh yeah.....I LOVE BEER!!!! Homer and Peter Griffin ain't got nothing on me!!!!
I'm lookin' to meet any folks that are just as social as I am, and aren't afraid to laugh when embarassed! I'm lookin' to meet folks whose heart is just as soft as mine, and are more than willing to love those who fail to love you in return. I like people that are never reluctant to speak their heart and their mind -when the time or moment requires them to- and are quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. If your a person that enjoys investing your time and heart in the lives of others, then you're the person I would like to meet. Otherwise, if your a person that only likes to be fresh and clean with all that bling, then you can just take that cause yeah!
I love it all! I love all music from "The Greasy Beans" of Bluegrass to the sounds of "Common" in Hip-Hop! Some folks laugh when they hear me sing a few Dixi Chicks tunes, but I think it's funny that they can't keep up and sing along when I'm belting out Stevie Wonder or Blood Sweat and Tears or Earth Wind and Fire! I love it all! Music is the quintessential form of human expression and emotion; therefore, it's all good!
Have you seen The Life of David Gale? See it!!! How 'bout The Big Lebowski? Own it!!! Sean of the Dead? Funny!! What about Snatch? I promise you'll enjoy the English humor!! Ratatouille? I don't care...yeah it's a kids flick, but its a damn good one! Damn good one! Uh let's see, Oh yeah, ummm Into the Wild? If you saw the movie you should still read the book! But it's a great movie....Eddie Vedder..c'mon man! I Am Legend? Brilliant! I will always love Goodbye Lenin! Have you seen V for Vendetta? I don't lie...buy it! I liked Idlewild...I don't care Bird, it was bomb! Andre Benjamin...Antwan Patton...swing dancing...tap dancing...Macie Gray not tryin hard to play a cracked out singer because she already is...again...bomb!
I currently don't own a tele and I plan on keeping it that way! I love listening to AM radio! Air America...NPR...CNN...just better ya know? But, when I do come across a tele Family Guy is the first thing I flip on! Otherwise, I mean I like the Travel Channel, Comedy Central is somewhat overkill, but it's alright...Steve Colbert. But, I'm getting a little tired of corporate media....aren't you?
Confessions of a Tax Collector(Richard Yancey)is ridiculously funny in a very exceptional way! But it's a must read! Harvest of Empire: A History of Latinos in America! This is a truely insightful piece of literature! I now view the illegal immigration situation in a new light...don't build a wall, change our economic policies! The Power of Giving...another book that provides basic/simplistic methods of changing our world with the power of giving! Great/quick read! The Paradox of American American Power: Why the World's Superpower Can't Go It Alone...everyone on Capitol Hill should have to read this book before sworn into office...enough said! Soft power...soft power! 1984 will always be a great read...always! Just skip over the book within a book section regarding Emmanuel Goldstein's book...way verbose and convoluted...I think so anyhow!
