Kaizen é uma banda do Porto. Os seus elementos começaram a tocar juntos em Setembro de 2005.
Ao inÃcio, sem rumo definido, com ensaios casuais, foram tocando nas casas vazias das avós e fazendo uns improvisos com o material que lentamente iam adquirindo, e o juÃzo que ainda mais lentamente foram ganhando.
Não têm demasiadas influências externas, provavelmente devido ao facto de cada membro ter os seus gostos musicais distintos (ou talvez porque todos tocam mal).
Kaizen is a band from Porto; born from the union of four close friends. The year was 2005 when them friends became a band. Filled with confidence we started making our own music and loving it. We don't have any specific purpose in music, ideals, or goals; we just want to keep on existing, giving giggs and party like there is no tomorow. Our lyrics are in portuguese, our mother language. i Kaizen are a band from Porto.
The band started playing together in 2005, with no other purpose or goals than to just hang out and play some stuff. But a couple of years back, the band started rehearsing on a regular basis, but with the same relaxed attitude towards music and life, which is very easy to see on stage when playing live.
Nowadays, Kaizen are working on new stuff to amaze you off your feet!!!
