is the same as when I came**So here's my story...some of it at least...My father was an amazing musician, I I grew up living and breathing music. I have always had an unquenchable passion and love for music for as long as I can remember. I was making up songs since before I was even old enough to write the songs down! What I love about music is it's ability to transport you to a different place and time. You can forget about your troubles and just let the music take you away.. I've always written a lot of poetry and began writing lyrics to songs at a young age. When I was 13 I asked my mom to buy me a guitar...So she bought me a cheapo (but a good one) thinkin that I would never play it and it would be a waste of money...Little did she know that I would teach myself to play and accompany myself on the new songs I would write. I decided to also teach myself to play the piano...which posed a bit of a problem, considering I didn't have a piano. So I would spend my lunch time in the Music Room at school trying to figure the piano out. It took a little longer because I was teachin myself only when I could play at school, but I loved it so much I began to play all the time.The most important part about creating music for me is that the message is truth. If I'm writing a song and come up with a really cool lyric I will throw it out unless it is a 100% truthful representation of what I am feeling at that certain time. I truly bare my heart and soul in my songs in hopes that, maybe, there are others out there who feel the same as I do at times. So I hope you enjoy the music!
