¶Latest Review CLUB ACADEMY (Manchester) 24/07/08:Back with a bang and a brand new song, the best-dressed band in the North West returned to the festival. Rojo Lye put on an excellent show in the last round, but like a number of other bands have managed to improve between rounds. The professional nature of their act, their incredible musical ability and that little black number made them a joy to watch. The moody and soulful combination of wailing guitar and smooth bass added the perfect backing to the powerful vocals. Another band with bags of talent and passion for what they do. A song that's been going through my head for weeks is Ready, which you simply have to check out on their MySpace. ¶GENERAL: A four piece consisting of vocals, one guitar, bass and drums. The band came together when Jason Allen and Graeme Longworth recruited two new members from an already respected rock band to make a more orginal and talented Rojo Lye. Heather Jayne comes from a theatre background.
