Dancing. I like to dance. If I'm not at work I'm either at a club / lounge or I'm home playing Dance Dance Revolution (I know I'm adult and it's a video game but I don't care if you think it's corney, I love to dance and that game rules!).Shopping. I think it's safe to say that I shop on somewhat of a regular basis.Entertainment. I have ADD what can I say. I need to have constant entertainment. Have to be playing a game, cards, etc.. Renting or going out to movies w/ my girlfriends is always fun and something I'd like to do more.Eating. I'd sell my soul to the devil for a good dessert and a nice glass of wine.Excersize. Skiing, volleyball, jogging (occasionally), riding bikes, blah blah blah blah. I like being active. If you're going somewhere and it's going to be fun and I can get some cardio out of the deal, I'm there.I'm interested in everything pretty much.
Anyone who goes out on a regular basis. I have two different kinds of friends, the ones I hang out with and the ones who email me. The ones who email me can easily come out and party but they choose to stay home most of the time and I'm not a home-body. Parties, movies, shows, restaurants, shopping... I'm a woman, these things are built into my DNA.I'm at a point in my life where I enjoy going to clubs to dance and have fun with my friends. Know what I'm saying?
I love house music. I have alot of Dj friends and I take care of one of my Dj friends bookings in my spare time. Well I don't book him but if he gets booked to DJ somewhere I follow through and handle the contracts. Anyway, I'm into all kinds of music but house music is what really gets my hiney on the dance floor. The more you get into house the more you realize how many different "styles / genres" there are. I'm not into progressive house or trance. I'm more of a soulful, funky, latin, groovy, uplifting house person (not to say I don't like tech house, electro, or minimal stuff). I also love classics, garage, acid, chicago and alot of other stuff that I wouldn't know exactly how to categorize. From like 96' to I guess when it closed I went to Tunnel alot. That experience opened me up to a larger world of dance music and I will forever treasure those days and sounds. So yeah, it's safe to say I like dance music.
Porn. No I'm just playin. Going to see a good cry movie is always on the top of my to do list. Yet another thing programmed into my DNA I think. Nothing against action films but there are GUY action films and then there are ACTION FILMS. One of the two sucks for me to sit through and / or pay $10 to get into (the other is not so bad). Japanamation (is that how you spell it) has gotten much better over the years. Anything with Harrison Ford (yes, that includes Star Wars) is usually a good bet for a rainy day. If you're in the fashion industry here in NYC there are so many opportunities to catch "screenings" and even the occaional movie premier and I make sure I take advantage of all those opportunities. Free movies are good!
Not big on TV. DHW on Sunday nights and and the occasional Seinfeld repeat or any old 80's / 70's sit-coms are on I'll check em out.
Lord of the Rings series @ the moment.
