About Me

The most important thing you can give someone is your time. I thank you for taking the time to read my profile and learn more about me: About me-well there is so much to tell although some people will just read my profile because my picture caught their eye, or I was in their seach or went to school with them. One must really think about their audience when trying to answer this. My friends already know this, the ones who don't may not care. You never know who you're making an impression on however, and I am one to be open to anyone and everyone so I am happy to share 'me' with you. I grew up with the lifetime goal of having a direct positive impact on as many people as possible. Transferred to Gustavus Adolphus College in 1999 to become a Lutheran pastor thinking that would fulfill this desire. Ended up changing my direction and focus to teaching and graduated in 2003 with a BA in Elementary Education. I plan on teaching first grade at some point in my life while hoping to fulfill my life long goal. Football is something that has allowed me to magnify myself as a person of influnce. I have been in and out of the NFL since 2003. I've played for four teams starting with Oakland (7th round draft pick) then to NY Giants then to Minnesota and most recently the Washington Redskins (sept 07). I have not only loved my ability to play a game for a living and my love of competition, but also as a way to positively use my 'status' to better reach the youth. I love life! I love my family, my friends and my faith in God. Learn more about me but asking. I am happy to share with you! You can find me on facebook too~

My Interests

Anything competitive, kids, modeling, teaching, poetry, learning, Christianity, maximizing my potential, being the best

I'd like to meet:

Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods; to be the best you gotta learn from the best. I was a teammate of Jerry Rice for a brief time and tried to learn as much as I could. Why do anything and not try to be the best at it?

Almost anything-though country and heavy metal are not on my preset dials
