So last Sunday I ran the Run for Her 5K race and I'm please to say I beat my time from my 1st 5K by at least 4 minutes. I don't have my offical time, but the timer said 34:42 when I crossed the finis...

So this past Sunday was the AIDS Walk Los Angeles. Thanks to everyone's help I shattered my goal of $1,000. The final total is.... $1,578! I'm very happy with the results. Now I just made it toug...
