I am running with my partner a natural health care center and yoga studio called Valoel Terveyden Tie ( = Valoel the Path of Health ) in Helsinki, Finland. We use alternative and natural healing methods including Yoga and Alexander technique to help people to find their own inner strength and power to heal themselves.
