Television:

I think TV is a complete waste of my time. There are so many ways to stimulate the mind other than sitting comatose in front of the tube. It's on a very rare occasion that I will actually sit down and watch it.. That is, to say, during all times other than 11:30pm - 12am when I watch the Colbert Report :D But if I am browsing, I love the National Geographic Channel as well as the Discovery Channel and wildlife documentaries on Animal Planet :)
