I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I love dancing. I love singing. I love doing both at the same time. I love football. I love opera, deviled eggs, and Lucky Charms marshmallows. I love God. I love technology. I love Bodega on the corner of College Street and Magnolia. I love fur-yes, the real stuff...fox, mink, all of it! I love Guitar Hero. I love Yves Saint Laurent, the Bugatti Veyron, colored Christmas lights, black callalillies, The Cadillac Sixteen and Thanksgiving leftovers. I love Dreamland BBQ, apple cider, classic rock, hot tubs outside in the snow, Krispy Creme Crullers, guys in black eyeliner, sushi, roller coasters and sky diving, Voyant. I love almost every kind of music. And even if I don't love listening to it, I can still appreciate it. I'm not a big fan of country, but I respect the art form. On the other hand, I am a fan of classical, alternative, gospel, R&B, rock (modern and classic,) rap, and I'm a bit of a hip-hop head too:p....................................................... ........Things I hate: I hate it when people cry a lot. I hate it when guys spend more time getting ready than I do. I hate people that fish for compliments. I hate guys that call girls "bitches." I hate bad drivers. I hate bad grammar (or "poor" grammar, Charlie.) I hate bad spelling. I hate "talking about it." I hate ignorance. I hate sock-feet. I hate D.T.R.'s.I was born in Nashville, then moved to Birmingham. I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Music. Auburn's College of Business is ranked 31st in the nation out of 500 as reported by US News and World Report and produces more CEO's than any other Southern school. Yes, I am proud of my stellar school. Just remember, smart people always win. I have an amazing family-AMAZING parents who are still married and have been for 35 years (a rarity) and two awesome older brothers. I am a Christian; though like us all, I faulter. Since I've moved to LA, my relationship with the Lord has strengthened. In the often-times tumultuous industry I'm in, I've learned that all I can do is trust my Creator. There are things that I want to happen in my life. However, my prayer is that if those things aren't what God has in mind for me, that He will change the desires of my heart. This city has a lot of lost people, but a lot of leaders that I believe can lead a spiritual revolution. I was planning on moving to NYC after graduation, but a trip to LA in the spring of 2006 changed all that. So, now I'm blessed to live in what I believe is the most beautiful place in the world. I love corporate America and someday when I've time, I'll start a business venture of my own. The "friendly skies" won't be friendly for long, as I'll be starting ground school in Los Angeles and logging hours to get my private pilot's license. I don't want to fly commercially, it's just something I've always wanted to do, so I'm doing it. Despite my degrees, I'm here in LA doing the acting and singing thing. Music is my first (and only worldly) love, so I'm putting together a demo with some songs I've written and co-written with some other artists. Though I trained classically in opera for 8 years, the music I'm doing now is urban pop/R&B. You'll love it! You'll play it all day long (and all night long.) Favorite quotes: "The things you own end up owning you." -Tyler Durden, Fight Club. "The road to hell is paved with trust. Guilty. End of story." "My greatest blessing is the ability to forget."""You thought I was the one you'd always hold tight. Thought I'd be there to hold you when things weren't right. But when you lay your head down to sleep at night, just remember one thing-It ain't me babe, it ain't me.""----these are some of my lyrics. don't plagiarize pls.
