SHOW INFO:
Every all-ages show will begin at 7:00 pm. In order to keep things running smoothly, only 4 bands will be booked per show. If you see a date listed on our MySpace and four bands are already playing, please choose another date that would work for you.
As much as we would like to be able to make guarantees for all the bands, this is simply impossible. It is unpredictable how successful any given show will be, and we are unable to guarantee money we are not sure we are going to make. The more you promote your show, and the more fans that come through the door for you, the more likely you are to get paid, so please, PROMOTE! If you're making a bit of a drive to come to Beancounters, rest assured that at the very least you will be given gas money, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee anything beyond that. If you think you deserve an exception, please feel free to contact us.
BEAN COUNTERS' PROMOTION POLICY
Every band who performs at Bean Counters is responsible for promoting their shows here at the coffee shop. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel a show with less than fifteen, paying people in attendance (which we really don't want to do!!) We will post each show's date and time on our MySpace and the corresponding flier. So please, promote your shows and help us help you.
INQUIRING BANDS AND AGENTS:
Bean Counters welcomes all genres of music. But no hardcore bands please!.
BAND RULES:
1. All bands MUST sign band contracts handed out prior to the start of the show.
2. No more than four bands a show!
3. All bands are expected to arrive at Bean Counters no later than 6:30 pm. The opening band should arrive at 6:00 pm for a brief sound check. Please call if you're going to be late! If you don't comply with these guidelines, you may be removed from the bill.
4. We promote a safe, fun environment for everyone. Please keep it that way :]
