Deborah's expressive musical style reflects her Motor City roots and her deep love of jazz, blues, and world rhythms. A member of the Jazz Vocalist Network, Deborah has performed at the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage, the Baltimore Museum of Art, Twins Jazz, the Takoma Park Jazz Festival, and Zinc Bar in New York. Deborah has also studied African and Caribbean percussion and, as “Diva D,” she has entertained calypso audiences in Washington, Baltimore, and New York.
