About Me

Hi! My name is Allison! I am the proud mom of a 2 year old (my one and only)! I am blessed to be a teacher at Lewis and Clark Community College! I am adored by my fiance, the owner of Bossanova Martini Lounge! And most of all I started this page to network and meet others in the Downtown Alton Area! We have started a Children's Block Party (the last Sat. of every month from May - Sept.) to try to make the Downtown Area more family orientated! People wanting to make a differance in the Downtown Alton Community! I want to see it grow and live up to the potential I see in Downtown! I want to see the communtiy support and network together to support the Downtown Area...We started organizing Children's Block Parties last year (4:30pm - 6:30pm) the last Sat. of every month from May - Sept. It was a Huge Hit! We had about 50 - 75 kids at each block party! We are looking to expand the variety and entertainment for kids this year...stay tunned! As we get more people involved I will update this site regularly.
