I AM WORTH A LOT
I need a man who is striving for perfection in every aspect of life.
I am looking for someone who is striving for perfection mentally because I need conversation and mental stimulation. I don't need a simple-minded man. I am looking for someone who is striving for perfection spiritually because I don't need to be unequally yoked...believers mixed with unbelievers is a recipe for disaster. I need a man who is striving for perfection financially because I don't need a financial burden. I am looking for someone who is sensitive enough to understand what I go through as a woman, but strong enough to keep me grounded. I am looking for someone who I can respect. In order to be submissive, I must respect him. I cannot be submissive to a man who isn't taking care of his business. I have no problem being submissive...he just has to be worthy. God made woman to be a helpmate for man. I can't help a man if he can't help himself.
So, you think I’m asking a lot…don’t worry…I’m worth a lot!
DEDICATED TO THE HATERS! I SEE YOU WATCHIN'.
“All that hate me whisper together against me: against me do they devise my hurt.†(Psalm 41:7)
Whispers hurt. Our flesh may want to repay, but God says let Him handle it. Even when the enemy uses others to try and discourage us, we can't get caught up and forget who we are in Christ. We can't stoop to the enemies’ level, by going back and forth with people. Hurting people no matter how much they try and do, isn't the Lord's way. There are times when we may have to smile when we feel like arguing, and say "Lord you know". Love when we feel like fighting, and say "Lord keep me and give me strength!" But in all and through all of that, God holds us up. As long as we stay in His face, we don't react (like in the past) when others try and get in ours. You see, no matter what the enemy tries to do to hinder us, God has given us favor and His favor overrides anything that comes our way!
"By this I know that thou favourest me, because mine enemy doth not triumph over me. And as for me, thou upholdest me in mine integrity, and settest me before thy face forever" (Psalm 41:11&12)
Don’t let the whispers stop you, they may hurt a bit, but God’s favor is like a balm that can soothe away the sting.
