I started out playing percussion in 6th grade. Then when high school came along, I started doing symphonies, jazz band, and a few solo competitions. That is what started my love for music. I then picked up an acoustic guitar and taught myself how to play it by ear. Getting frustrated with always forgetting the songs I would write got me to buy a portable 12 track recorder. I’ve had it for about 3 years now, and it has helped me focus really hard on learning more instruments and in the theory of music. Then I got into playing the piano which is one of the funnest instruments I’ve ever been challenged to play. I like to mess with a lot of weird percussion sounds in my recordings that are a bit nontraditional. I don’t like the radio friendly music that a lot of ears are brainwashed into liking, so I try to make music that is a little bit different, offbeat, and somewhat artistic. I hope to be playing music my whole life; it is what I love most. Making a career out of it would be a dream come true. I am always looking for new people to jam with, so if you like what you hear, let’s jam.
