My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Hi everyone! :)

I'm an aspiring author currently working on a young adult novel.

I'll be blogging about the writing experience, so please subscribe to my blogs and give me your feedback!

The point of this page is to write about writing, and talk about writing and books with others who share the same interests.

Because I'm paranoid, I won't be saying anything big about the plot - the blog is about general progress and interacting with authors, aspiring authors and others who love reading :)

I'm a junior at Rollins College.

My Myers-Briggs personality type is an INFP and my Enneagram is 4w3. I've recently become fascinated by these, because it's crazy how right they are.

I've been a huge fan of the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer since the first book came out, and think she's amazing for creating such an incredible world and lovable characters.

While I do love Twilight, I've been a fan of the supernatural young adult genre way before the book came out. My book is in the same genre as Twilight, but it is very different. (There are no vampires or werewolves, but there is something supernatural involved!) I've been writing my entire life, and have many influences. Read this blog for more information.

The inspiration for the particular book I'm working on came from the Love Story music video by Taylor Swift.

I love music, and enjoy playing the guitar and singing.

The layout on Stephenie Meyer's MySpace is one of my designs :)

I would rather wear jeans then get dressed up.

I love montage scenes in movies. Everyone's working hard, having fun doing it, and does a great job in the end!

I want to go to Antarctica. Really badly. In fifth grade I wrote a report on the first woman to go to Antarctica (Ann Bancroft ... not the actress.) Ever since then it's been one of my life goals to get there, despite the fact that I detest cold weather.

I wish the world of Harry Potter was real and I could actually go to Hogwarts. I would totally be a Ravenclaw.

I love Broadway, listening to musicals, and seeing shows. My favorite musicals are Wicked and Phantom of the Opera.

Traveling is awesome. It's so fun learning about other cultures!

I'm really open-minded, and always listen to what people have to say.

I love people who are nice and not judgmental.

I love animals, especially dogs. I have a Bichon Frise named Rocky and a Maltese/Shitzu named Cocoa.

I don't like wearing closed toed shoes, because they make my toes feel constricted. So I walk around in sandals even when it's freezing.

I remember different parts of my life by what music I was listening to at the time.

I will procrastinate doing homework as much as possible.

I was named after a Beatles song. Guess which one ;)

I also have a YouTube page if you're interested in adding it. I would love it if you subscribed :)

**This page is solely a writing blog. I don't use it as a dating site to meet people, since I don't meet strangers from the internet. So if you send me a message like "Hey babe, wanna meet up sometime?" don't get offended when I don't reply.**

White Horse

Me covering "White Horse" by Taylor Swift. I'm not that great, but I enjoy playing, so go easy on me :)
