About Me

Well lets see. I've become a bit of a nomad a "gypsy soul" if you will (sorry if that's not politically correct). Recently, I decided that I wanted to dedicate a few years of my life to serving my country, no not by donning fatigues and a weapon but by working in real American communities in proactive ways. Sounds all high horsey but definitely not intended to be. Think I just needed to control my own environment; was so sick of what was going on in the world around me, the things I couldn't control. Anyhow I've been around the great state of PA. I participated in an Americorps project in Pittsburgh and spent the last seven months working on a small orgasmic... I mean organic farm near Philly. Other than that my passions include music and music and more. I love listening to it and of course playing. I've been playing guitar for bout 13 years now. Holy cow! I try to learn something new any chance I get whether it be music related or some other body of knowledge. The end.

My Interests

guitar, reading, pilates, writing songs, tennis or "t-ball" as I affectionately term it,sleeping, music, anything that breaks a good sweat, eating wholesome locally grown organic food, issues of the social nature, culture- most culture, spirituality. looking for a new passion(anything but snowboarding) so give me some suggestions.

Anyone whose doin good work I guess, keepin the faith, livin the dream, the American one that is (just jokin). I guess as long as they're living the dream. Could be the Jamaican dream, the German dream, whatever.

I'm a child of rock n'roll- most classic rock, the stones, beatles, etc., 80's glam rock including Def Leppard and "friends", The Cougar himself Mr. John Mellencamp, Bryan Adams, 80's pop, Our Lady Peace, Third Eye Blind, Bob Marley, John Maher, Tom Petty, Jim Croce, James Taylor, Most Motown artists, Brooks and Dunn, Kenny Chesney, The Roots, Coldplay, STP, Audioslave, Outkast, and on and on and on......

Television:

Since I haven't worked up the nerve to take a baseball bat to my TV as of yet, television still plays a measurable role in my life. Um, I like a good sporting event preferably of local interest- PHILLY SPORTS baby!, Hot Pursuits is cool, Cops is cool, Three Stooges whenever I can find it, public television, CNN, Whose Line Is It Anyway, used to like Boy Meets World then I got way to old to be watching it.
