C’est dans la seule station balnéaire du Gard, au Grau du roi, qu’aura lieu la première édition du Rendez vous ARENAPHONE le Dimanche 13 JUILLET 2008. La municipalité a souhaité encourager la diffusion des « MUSIQUES ACTUELLES » en organisant un concert de musique ELECTRO dans ce lieu unique et chargé de tradition que sont LES ARENES TAURINES du GRAU DU ROI !!! Ce lieu magique peut accueillir 3500 personnes, la programmation artistique, la qualité d’organisation, et les infrastructures augurent un évènement majeur !!!! C’est aussi une équipe de passionnés qui travaille dans l’ombre aux côtés des élus de la mairie afin de donner une réelle identité à cet évènement... ! La programmation est imposante et excitante puisque nous aurons le plaisir d’inviter les YOUNGSTERS (Montpellier/Bruxelles), duo International, véritables glob trotter récemment signés sur d’excellents labels tels que 2020 VISION ou OVUM, SWAYZAK qui nous présenterons en live leur nouvel album « SOME OTHER COUNTRY » paru sur le mythique label allemand K7, MARC ROMBOY, artiste majeur, génie des platines et reconnu mondialement pour ses 40 maxis ....il viendra défendre son nouvel album « CONTRAST » qui sera distribué en simultané dans plus de 20 pays dans le monde ,DAVID CARRETTA, véritable icône ELECTRO CLASH, co-fondateur du célèbre label GIGOLO avec DJ HELL pour un live Sexy/Trashy/Eléctro Rock/Survitaminé, SEBASTIEN THIBAULT aka DJ CEBB qui aura l’occasion de jouer sa nouvelle compilation « BAR LIVE 2008 », et enfin ERIC GRANIER, notre DJ star locale ! Nos artistes seront accompagnés et soutenus par le VJ le plus original de l’hexagone, LE PROJECTIONISTE, qui n’est autre que le VJ officiel de LAURENT GARNIER.... !!Le concert débute a 19H00 et prend fin a 2H00. Il sera suivi d’un fantastique after show organisé à la SCATOLA (PORT CAMARGUE)... !!! Restez connectés... !ARENAPHONE TEAM !!!

The Municipality wished to encourage the organization of an “actual music†event !!!! The venue is a fantastic arena, in a charge of tradition, which can accomodate 3500 people...! It’s also a team of impassionned people who works, in the shade, at the side of the city’s elected officials in order to give a real identity to this event. Concerning the artists whom we have the pleasure of programming, you will have the opportunity to see THE YOUNGSTERS from Montpellier (live) recently signed on 2 famous labels as 2020 VISION and OVUM, SWAYZAK (live) from London who will present their new album “SOME OTHER COUNTRY†on K7, MARC ROMBOY, a WORLDWIDE ARTIST who will come and play his new album “CONTRAST†which will be release on “SYSTEMATIC RECORDSâ€, DAVID CARRETTA, one of the biggest French artist, founder of the famous label GIGOLO with DJ HELL, for an hysterical ELECTRO CLASH live , SEBASTIEN THIBAULT (DJ CEBB) who will have the occasion to promote the new BAR LIVE COMPILATION as resident and ERIC GRANIER our local DJ star !!!!The party starts at 7 PM to 2 AM and will continue to The club SCATOLA for a fantastic aftershow !!!
