1996-1998 published poetry: “The Drugs Don’t Work” and “She Lies.”
1999: formed “Musical Sands" with John Joyce
2000: formed "Midnightchill" with John, Camilla, Paul and Anneliese. Co- wrote 'chills "Stars" CD with John and co wrote "Like Yesterday" with Camilla. Stevie replaced Paul ..s and "Stars” recorded.
2001:"Naked as Poetry"(UK Songwriter comp) finalist feat Anneliese
2004: Unisong critique "Waterfront love" "there are no other words to go with love then you find "Waterfront Love" cool". Unisong Critique: "Charlottes Song," ‘a top shelf ballad, seamless’
2006: Anneliese records dance track "Take Me Away"
2007:"Waterfront Love" and "Charlottes Song," both UK Songwriter finalists. Anneliese's Angels record Skinner and Joyce's "What can we do"

2008:'What Can We DO'(UK Songwriting Comp) finalist and'I think Nothing Of You'(lyrics only section) .
2009 .. PLANS N STUFF,Just finished interview for east end arts film,and hoping to supply some music to this production .Back working with the very talented Anneliese,whose vocals are far better than my lyrics,but she must have taken pity on me.Hoping to continue writing with multi-musical Shaun Craig,who I wrote some lyrics for last year.Im now working @Gerry Wilsons studio with the great man himself and truly loving the new stuff were putting together kind of Abba meets Floyd.,look out cos were"BJorn Again" ..Last but not least to continue working with the wonderful Camilla,as without her nothing would get done.THESE ARE THE PLANS N PLANS ARE JUST PLANS..BUT HERES HOPING..

Sometimes from a songwriters perspective you hear a vocal or instrumentation that so hits the spot with what you want to do with a song,egFrankie Millers blow you away vocal on Dougie Mcleans "Caledonia" or Amy Winehouse's vocal on Ronsons remix of "Valarie".
