The Nimbin Bush Theatre is a Nimbin institution. Perched on the beautiful Mulgum creek, the Bush Theatre is located in a converted butter factory a few minutes walk from Nimbin . Originally purchased and renovated back in the '70s, the Bush Theatre was for many years a very popular local music venue. Unfortunately, it has been closed for several years.The Nimbin Bush Theatre re-opens on the 28th March 2008 and will be holding a music/performance night every 2 weeks. Bands, djs, dance troupes and performance artists of all descriptions will be regularly featured. A splendid time is guaranteed for all.
