Sake Of Sanity was formed in the late summer of '07 by guitarists Johnny and Chris Myers. Over the course of a few months, Ryan Egan and Robert Schofield joined the mix, and after almost a year of not being able to find a reliable drummer, was finally blessed with Daniel Sheets. In May, after a great run with SoS, Rob decided to leave for personal reasons and eNVy took over on bass.

After just over a year of playing out, SOS has gained a loyal following (Sake of Fanity) that isn't afraid to bring down the roof.

SOS will have its first EP finished by the middle to end of May!! BE ON THE LOOK OUT!
