Hi To All, Well i've been involved in various sports on all many different levels over the years. The one key to getting the best out of yourself is of course fitness/health. I provide a service of Personal Training / Boxercise that is fun & done mostly outdoors in such an environment as sports are mostly done. I'm certified with Certificates 3 & 4 in Master Training through the Australian Institute of Fitness as well as being a qualified Punchfit Boxing Instructor. In October 2008 i moved to the Gold Coast to improve my own lifestyle & share my knowledge, experiences with others in their own personal endevours to live a great healthy / fit lifestyle.
