I graduated from the CIA (the culinary one) in New York in September of 08'. Ive been in Orlando for over a year now and haven't really been doing a whole lot with my time other than working and keeping my head in shape. I'm a line cook at a busy, kick ass restaurant; I have a beautiful dog, and I have a large group of friends who help me through thick and thin. I enjoy listening to music (any genre as long as its done well and makes me feel good), reading books (mostly about cooking), cooking for friends, video games, and really good sleep.
