NeNa was born june 19th 1987 in Stuttgart / Germany. She started her musical career in 1998 when she joined the HipHop crew "Nasty Diztrict" which she was part of till 2002 when the crew broke up. Her first time behind the turns was in the age of 14 at a small, but public party. Since she was struggeling in school at that time, she didnt get her own turns right away but focused on school. 2004 her school efforts payed off and she received the DaimlerChrysler-Byrnes-scholarship for 1 year in Bethel / CT, USA.During this time she was exposed to a lot of new musical influences especially to reggaeton, which brought her big music passion back. Also supported was this by her best friend in the states, DJ Dirty Dragon, who is an extraordinary DJ and singer.When she came back to Germany she had to work hard for school to get good grades for her Abitur and again couldnt get her own turns. so she started creating some simple beat as you can hear them in the player.In 2007 she finally completed her Abitur and had her first long summer break in which she was able to raise the money for her first own turntables. Just 9 months later she had her first booking and is now DJing around Ulm, where she is studying biology.
