Simply put, we think outside the box and "Latte' Lounge: SpeakYoSoul LIVE!" is one of those "out-the-box" creations; a place for showcasing performances that bridges the gap between hip-hop, soul, art, and poetry which ranges from open-mic amateurs to national and international artists in spoken word/poetry and live music all going down in the beautiful and historic Downtown Bham, AL at Java & Jams.

from other genres (i.e Blues, Acoustic Soul, Alternative Soul, R&B, Nu-Soul), DJs spinning the best in Nu-Soul, Downtempo, Electro-Soul, Broken Beat, House, Worldbeat,Hip Hop, Neo-Soul, Rare Grooves, etc.
This venue guarantees to awaken the consciousness of the creative soul by using various art forms to promote freedom of expression. We also give back to the community by using art to open minds, to provoke growth, promote social change, to inspire, and to make a difference in lives and mindz.
