Symbolic Divine is a solo project created by Tyler Seargeant.
The original name was Industrial Madness. In 2008 the name was changed to Symbolic Divine. To me Symbolic Divine stands for purpose meaning anything divine is different and beautiful in its own unique way, so thats why i chose that name.
I never really connected with anyone musically because they always wanted to stick to one genre and thats just not me or didn't understand my style so I decided to quit looking to get into a
band and do the solo thing for awhile and I'm glad i did that because I'm a way better musician now because of that.
Got my first guitar at 16 started recording at 18 and mixing my own music with drum beat machines, guitars, keyboards. Over the years progressed to where I'm at now. I wasn't the average kid well kids where outside playing sports I was playing my super Nintendo blasting Metallica and Ozzy. I remember my first tape I was 9 years old my brother picked up for me Silverchair Frog stomp it was alternative/grunge band now there more of a pop rock band not really my thing but i don't mind some of the newer stuff.
I swear I listened to that tape day and night fell asleep with that tape playing I played it so much I pissed my mom off enough that she threw it at the floor and it smashed It was like someone killed a family member or something i never cried so hard in my life, I even remember the song I was playing (Learn to hate) loved music ever since. Then as i got older started listening
to, Sepultura, Korn,Pantera, Smashing pumpkins, then started to listen to alot of Industrial Kmfdm, Static x, Fear factory, Nine inch nails and Marilyn Manson. My tastes kept on changing then started to like pretty much everything from metal to industrial to grunge to rock to Indie to alternative and some old school rap not that 50 cent soldier boy bullshit I mean rap with a meaning 2pac, biggie, bone thugs and harmony, and to as new as Eminem.
I liked so many different genres so I started trying to mix all different styles together to create something unique. So if you got some crazy ass talent and want to make some crazy ass music no matter what kind of instrument you play that would fit in with the sound of this band give me a holler or scream lol.
