Abrupt

Abrupt Is from The SF Bay Area and consists of Mike (drums), Wyatt (Bass), Sam (guitar/vocals), and Heather (Vocals). Mike, Sam, and Wyatt had been playing, recording, and touring together for years in a band called SCURVY DOGS who broke up due to a quitting singer. The three decided to start another HC band and grabbed Heather who was just getting out of a band called MACHINE'S AGENDA in southern California. She was living at the house Abrupt practiced in allong with Wyatt in Oakland CA, and heard us from upstairs. Abrupt had our first show St Patrick's day of 2007. We recorded 9 songs with Greg Wilkenson at Earhammer Studio's in Oakland CA. The band took a 6 month break while Wyatt did an epic world tour with his other band BORN/DEAD. We are currently playing shows and Just got back from a west coast tour this March. 12" self titled release out now out on INSPIRED BY ANGST RECORDS and currently searching for a sutable Label for the CD version.
