I have worked with major recording artists, producers, and record labels as an entertainment manager or label executive. I have been accused of being a work-a-holic and realize that it is true. My philosophy in life is to keep pushing until you reach your goal. Don’t let others pat you on the back until you reach it. Total commitment is what I give. Also, I expect total commitment from my artists and producers, as well. I will not believe in your career more than you. I do not believe in the “babysitter†approach to management. What I do believe in is putting together a strong team with a strategic plan for success.
