Out of Bounds Music was established in 2004 by Paul Handley.
Our mission statement is as follows;
"To always produce, without compromise, quality and innovative music that exceeds all boundaries, without constraint, averting stagnation and complacency"

fresh way, but experienced enough to ensure a structured path for all our artists and commercial projects
Executive Producer-Paul Handley, studied for 6 years at The Royal College Of Music, London, having been awarded a scholarship at just 13. Here he studied Piano, trombone, theory, composition, arranging and orchestral score writing.
Paul has worked with, produced and played with many top acts and artists, and has worked across musical genres from rock to classical, jazz to funk, to pop and soul. His bug for music producing began with arranging brass parts for the odd Eighties chart band, and later scoring string arrangements. Starting out as a tape op/recording assistant, Paul was exposed to name acts early on in his career at a studio just outside London, assisting on many quality sessions
He has since worked in most of the leading studios in London at some point, having realised his musical training enabled him to have very rare skills as a producer, with the ability to hear what is missing on a track and put it in, and also knowing how to make a killer arangement of a song, getting the most out of the music, and the very best possible out of an artist or band. Paul's personal ambition is to write and produce the entire music score for a major film
Out Of Bounds Music also works from time to time directly or indirectly with other leaders of the industry on certain projects, one example of this was last year, when legendary music producer-Greg Haver, produced two of Paul's songs he had written for former Spice Girl-Lianne Morgan whilst working on her forthcoming album.
We are also pleased to welcome Jamie Whitehead to our in-house production team, Jamie, who has a degree from Kingston University in Music Technology, is now Paul's permanent assistant producer on all our main projects. Also, Paul's Son Daniel also produces at OOBM in between fronting one of our main acts-SoulParade.
Daniel gained a Distinction with special award at First Diploma in Music Technology and last year completed a National Diploma in Music Technology gaining a top grade
Also, we are pleased to welcome Jay Dubber as our main promoter. Jay runs a Company called Jay Dubber Promotions, and for the last few years he has main tribute shows celebrating the lives and music for Jeff Buckley, Tim Buckley, and Nick Drake.
We are currently actively discussing a one day music festival in Central London and also a working on a variety of live ventures the content of which will make your jaw drop!
Paul Handley compared and presented the most recent Jay Dubber event, which was a celebration of Nick Drake's music. The event was a great success and it was also a pleasure to meet such great legenary names in the business such as Robert Kirby, Nick's former uni mate who became his arranger, laterly, he worked with Paul Weller and The Magic Numbers.
We currently have a select portfolio of new artists and also top names we are working with, but are always keen to accept applications from other artists, bands, and commercial work/joint ventures for consideration.
Artists, Bands, actors and even actresses wishing to make it in the music business, are invited to be considered for a production deal with our Company by application only. The ability to perform live is essential.

Out Of Bounds Music is also a Management, PR, Marketing and Promotion Music Company housing top industry professionals such as well known PR names, top video, photography and media people from the industry (our main photographer has been associated with Lenny Kravitz for most of his career, and provided all the shots for the latest Lenny Kravitz CD etc) and our main video team have two entries being shown at The Cannes Film Festival in May 2008, a nomination for an award in Hollywood, and a fantastic premiere in May 2009 at BAFTA by their invitation of his latest short film, which Paul Handley proudly attended as a special guest.

Having worked in many top studios in and around London, our producers know what it takes to get your act or band all the way out there and also to get taken seriously by the industry!
We have a production package on offer which includes music video, photos, and everything you need for your launch pack, as well as obviously our assistance and advice.
So why waste time floundering around the outside of the industry when you can work on the inside with us?
Current artists and acts we look after or are working with include; SoulParade, Michael MacLennan, Lianne Morgan, The Dave Tither Band, Felicity Kaya, Lara Vita, Wolfe Hogan, Wiltsher, and Paul's former rock band from the 80's LIAR, who are currently in the process of reforming following Virgin Radio tracking down a missing member and interviewing Paul live on air on Tuesday 29th April 2008. Martin Gregory, former LIAR bassman was re-united with Paul live on air, and is currently assisting Paul on re-uniting LIAR.
Paul has been in-undated with phone calls and emails from fans and friends who remember LIAR. The original 2" master tape still exists and Paul hopes to digitally remix the material recorded on the famous Led Zeppelin desk, produced by Phil Chiltern (Nick Heywood/Haircut100/White Spirit)
Recently, music recorded by Out Of Bounds Music 2 years ago was used for he Alternative Miss World at The Roundhouse, Camden.
