About Me

I have this - kinda like this idea: if you think of something, you can do it, you know? Skateboarding is ideas that are put into action. I mean, every time you do a trick it's mostly in your head, you know? Your body's just responding to what your head is telling it to do. You can do any trick you really want to if you put your mind to it. If you try it long enough or if you can think of it you can pretty much do it on a skateboard.

i suppose you couldn't call what i'm doing anything more than stumbling through this thing called life; trying to -and failing at- making my dreams come true. i'll spend another semester at wesleyan going part time, but now i'll add some credits at SCC so i feel like i'm actually doing something...so i'll graduate... probably never with a degree in suck. i'll probably just be a bum all the rest of my life complaining about it, and doing nothing to change the situation.... or not. i guess i'm the teller of my fate and i say no. i will take a little longer and rise a little slower, but i will succeed at something and be great at it. got it? good. now here's the secret:
i'd just like to live life. Let me have jesus, my girlfriend, my skateboard, a VX1000, a sewing machine, a stage on which to perform, and a canvas on which to paint, and you'll have a happy robert.
