"If we understand that birth and death are part of the natural order of things, we will know that our lives cannot be controlled by our own efforts, and coming and going are not our own doing. At birth, we take a shape and form; in growth, we undergo development and change; and when our course has run out, we dissolve and return to where we were before we were born."I’ve been studying martial arts for over 30 years, most of which was in Shaolin Northern Kung Fu. Many lifetime goals have been achieved thru Kung Fu and the guidance of my Master. My martial arts career began at an early age in New Jersey under Sensei Kyum Lee, Master Steve Chambliss and Sensei James Lee. These Great teachers taught me the foundations of Tae Kwon Do / Tang Soo Do.I have won numerous competitions ranging in the categories of weapons, forms, point sparring, continuous sparring, full contact sparring, kick boxing and sanshou, receiving my Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do / Tang Soo Do at the age of 14. My studies in Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu began at the age of 15, under the diligence of Chaan Tzu Sadaat, who is still now my present Master.I have been with him for 29 years, appearing in numerous articles in martial arts magazines, such as Inside Kung Fu and Qigong Magazine. Chaan Tzu Sadaat has taught me what true meaning of martial arts and what hard work and dedication can achieve. One example is receiving my Master degree in Tae Kwon Do / Tang Soo Do on February 9, 2002 while maintaining my studies with Chaan Tzu Sadaat in Traditional Northern Kung Fu.
Being a diversified individual, I was able to study 3 arts at the same time and keep the traditional attributes in all. I’ve won 15x International Championships, 39x National Championships in numerous categories as an adult varying in forms, point sparring, full contact sparring, continuous sparring, kick boxing and creative forms and sanshou. I am known throughout the martial arts community as a true traditionalist that does not intermix martial arts styles.I had the opportunity to participate with Kung Fu Hall of Famer Master Eric Lee during the Chan Poi 2000 Tournament in Orlando, Florida.I have also had the honor to teach underprivileged children and domestic violence victims

After being disarmed, the attacker breaks out into what looks like Snake Fist Kung Fu. This is a terrific and unexpected surprise to see a traditional form where it probably doesn’t belong. It’s a gamble that pays off thanks to its excellent execution...)â€.In 2006 I moved to Florida and began my martial arts studies in the art of Choy Lah Fut under Sifu Raiden Leung and Master Li Siu Hung, brother of the late Lee Koon Hung.
