I've toured with and have been Music Director for: The Supremes (Mary Wilson) and Martha Reeves and the Vandellas. I've also toured with such groups and artist as: The Spinners, Creative Source and Ronnie Dyson to name a few. I've also worked with many Jazz artist and musicians: Marlena Shaw, Spanky Wilson, O.C. Smith, Art Farmer, Dennis Rowland, Esther Phillips, Nelson Rangell, Rayse Biggs, Wendell Harrison, Pamela Wise, Ronnie Laws and Grady Tate, to name a few................................................
I have been fortunate enough to have learned from and worked with some of Detroit's and the worlds finest Jazz musicians. Two of these Detroit musicians, Edward Nelson and Miller Brisker - started me playing Jazz. Teddy Harris Jr. made me play Jazz and many other types of music. I owe much of my musical development to these great Detroit Jazz musicians and teachers - Wendell Harrison, Marcus Belgrave, Harold Mckinney, Maurice King, Thomas (Beans) Bowles, Ernie Rogers and Richard, Howard (Pistol) Allen, the list goes on...............................................
I can be heared playing Bass on Rayse Biggs New CD (For The Love Of It), on the Track called Solid!...........................................I recorded all Bass tracks on an album called "The Hasting Street Jazz Experience. I've composed, arranged, produced and co-produced two albums with Wendell Harrison, as well as played the Bass and other instruments for these productions - (Carnivorous Lady and Birth of a Fossil), both on Rebirth Records and Tapes. I've also played Bass and other instruments on other recordings for Wendell Harrison and Pamela Wise.
