Reverend Carl L. White, Jr., D.D. is the founder and Pastor of Victory Christian Assembly. Born in Winchester, Arkansas and raised on the Westside of Chicago, Pastor White has a special calling on his life for evangelical ministry and has been anointed to be an encourager to the “Universal Body of Christ.” His teaching of “Ministering to the total Man” is evident by his efforts not only within the church but also throughout the community. Under Pastor White’s direction and with over 22 years of pastoral experience, Victory Christian Assembly Church is a spirit-filled and lead, community based and active church believing in “Reaching People for the Kingdom Outside of the Tent as we Minister to the Total Man.” ___________________________________________________________ Dr. White’s formal educational background includes certification as an Evangelical Teacher, Malcolm X College, U.S. Army Training Institute, Chicago Baptist Institute, and Gospel Ministry Outreach Theological Institute. ___________________________________________________________ As an evangelist, Pastor White has traveled throughout the continental U.S. as well as internationally. His love for God and his willingness to heal the community is shown through his ”Spritit of Service and Genuine Caring”. Pastor White’s motto “ Bless You with Love and Happiness” has become synonymous with not only him but also the members of Victory. The vision of evangelism and “Ministry of the Total Man” reaches into the community through the programs and collaborative efforts with the community to help give areas cohesiveness by “ Reaching the People Outside of the Tent”. ___________________________________________________________ Apostle Carl L. White, Jr. is married to Lady Pamela White, and is the father of eight children. They reside in suburban Chicago, and have eight grandchildren.In addition, Pastor White is widely known for ministries in song as exhibited by his musical talent. His latest recording of the CD “Victorious Living” by the Victory Christian Assembly Mass Choir features him both as soloist and writer. ___________________________________________________________
