Staph Infektion started as a dream by the drummer Dustin Cosgrove. One of his greatest aspirations would be to have a hardcore band. After talking to the vocalist to be, Nick Ward, they decided they would do this. The best bassist they knew's name was Cody Hutto, also the cousin of Dustin. He agreed to machine-gun bass for the band. Our guitarist we chose was Devon Crum, a good bud of ours. The band's name was Staph Infektion, one that was thrown around by the vocalist for months as a title. Goals include making a demo, maybe an album one day, playing shows all around the area, and just having fun. No one controls the band. We don't have the best equipment, but we will have better stuff to work with soon. We play in a kick ass storage unit owned by Dustin's father, so we can use it for free, which rocks! We practice about every weekend. Spread the word of us, so that we can be known. Peace bitches. xD
