moar funny pictures

Television:

this is what happens when i watch too much TV:my mind flips OUTfaves though: Carnivale, 24, X Files, anything with forensics... meh- try to stay away though. more addicting than sugaaaah...

Books:

where to start. most of my favorites stem from my childhood: Chronicles of Narnia, all of Madeliene L'Engle's books, same with Susan Cooper (Dark is Rising Series). Also love histroical fiction - Caleb Carr (Alientist and Angel of Darkness) and Stephen Lawhead (Pendragon Cycle) are right up there... DaVinci Code was interesting but I have a lot of arguments to make someday, as a trained art historian... but thoroughly good read. House of Leaves is an amazing book from concept to story... check it out if you like seeing the genre of book composition, layout and story telling pushed to its very limits...

Heroes:

my parents, my surviving brother, my best friend... and a list too personal to detail. i am just glad to have had the honor to know some great people who choose to live their lives as testiment to what they believe. who give of themselves beyond any call of duty - and are motivated out of love for humanity. it's these people that remind me just how more important others are in this world than me. they keep me humble and honest- and most importantly - true to myself.thank you for that. that's the greatest gift.We can believe what we choose. We are answerable for what we choose to believe. --Cardinal Newman
