About Me

I'm Justin.
I gave myself the nickname CFB, and I'm keeping it. I'm 21, a student at the University of Utah, and President of my fraternity, Pi Kappa Alpha. I'm studying Business Management. I'm a musician. I'm a poker player. That is my life. I'm going to do what I love to do; live my life like a vacation. I see no other way to be truly happy.
I'm a pretty easy going person. I'm as happy on a big hike in the mountains as I am sitting on my couch with take-out and a crappy television show. I'm easy to get along with, a true friend, and funny as hell (and hell is hilarious).
I love myself, and that's my best quality. I'm not a hard ass and don't have a problem admitting that. Sometimes I get run over by people, but I'm pretty good at getting back up on my feet, and keepin' on keepin' on.
I don't have facebook.
I play the drums, and I am "kind of loud, but rock pretty hard". I think that's a compliment. Music is my obsession (silence is nice, but overrated). The Beatles are kings, and Tool is underrated. Obviously, my tastes vary.
My stomach hurts if I eat too late, but I tend to eat late anyway. I have an over-active conscience. It's nice some of the time, and I feel like a good person. But seriously...come on...I have to convince myself that sometimes it's OK to NOT feel bad. I'm getting better though.
I'm an optimist through and through. I can find the positives in any situation, even if it takes me a few days to do so. There is always something to be happy about, and the grass is nice and green on my side of things. I've been to the other side, and it's nothing special.
I'm not afraid to be myself. I'm not a good enough actor to succeed any other way.
I change a little bit every day. Tomorrow I'll be smarter than I am today, I'll be more confident, and I'll be a better person. Knowing that is incredible, and it makes me look forward to tomorrow.
People enjoy having me around, so you probably would too.
Life is good, and living it fully is THAT much better. We all lose it some day, so TODAY it's important that you cherish it.
