“People come to your events not because of you, but because of what you give them.†Always keeping that thought in mind will bring you success in this business. “If you’re not walking out with a smile on you’re face then I didn’t do my job.†I've been involved in the nightlife industry for the past 13 years starting out working on a live San Francisco filming for the "Club MTV" tour. After taking over as lead producer & on-camera host for MTV promotional film shoots in the Bay Area, I teamed up with up and coming DJ Dimitris Mykonos (currently one of SF’s top DJ’s) in 2002 and started creating his own events packing venues all over the Bay Area.
Hawaiian Tropic approached me in 2004 to produce their model search pageants in Northern California. I produced 20+ Hawaiian Tropic events all over Northern California including the 25,000 person Boardstock Sports and Music Festival in 2005 & 2006 at Konocti Harbor Resort on Clear Lake with noteable music acts such as Kid Rock. I hosted the celebrity filled Hawaiian Tropic U.S, Finals Luau after-party at the Turtle Bay Resort on Oahu, Hawaii that was attended by 50 top Hawaiian Tropic supermodels from all across the country. I was also asked to host Paris Hilton’s 25th birthday party with Hawaiian Tropic at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas. Success with Hawaiian Tropic has led to booking models for major Bay Area concerts and sporting events such as Paul McCartney’s U.S. Tour and the Ring Card Girls for major boxing events in the Bay Area
I created Spotlight Productions in 2004 and teamed up with Chris Rojas to launch “Wild on Wâ€, the premier of the blockbuster “Wild on†Nor Cal pool party series at the W Hotel Silicon Valley in conjunction with E! Entertainment Television. Memorial Day Weekend 2006, we created “Wild on Cabanaâ€, the follow-up to the “Wild on W†pool party, that would sell-out the Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel in Palo Alto as well as the next door Marriott Hotel. This Myspace sponsored 14 hour pool party extravaganza featured live acts and over 20 of the west coast top DJs playing poolside for a 2,000+ beautiful A-List crowd. Following the success of “Wild on Cabanaâ€, we took it one of Northern California’s largest theme parks Paramount’s Great America, partnered up with one of the country’s top clubs, Ruby Skye, and brought in celebrity DJ AM for another sold out event.
I am the only promoter along with my partner Chris Rojas to have sold-out events on all 4 sides of the Bay Area last year. We are known for consistently having a beautiful A-list cowd come out for our events. Throughout 2006, we produced over 25 blockbuster events at top Bay Area venues including Ruby Skye, Aura, Studio 8, and Blowfish Sushi @ Santana Row. This past Memorial Day Weekend we were asked to bring our success down to Las Vegas to do events at Empire Ballroom and Tao with world re-nowned DJ Erick Morillo.
